I hope your week is off to a great start. As promised, we were able to get another video answer up from last week's boat trip.

The question was posted here by Samantha Herrera on this special page, which will only be up for a few more weeks and available for you to post questions...

"I’m 36 There were a few years between college and law school. I’ve only been practicing for 3 years. Everyone tells me I have to get more experience before I start my own firm. But I already started it because I got tired of going for interviews and being treated like I knew nothing when I had a successful career in corporate. Ok so maybe I should have waited to get more experience but no one could tell me how much was the right amount of experience. Regardless, the fact is I did it and I am determined to make it a success and replace my 6-figure income I left behind in corporate. What advice do you have for me as a new and relatively young lawyer?"

Click here to see the answer to Samantha's question and a BONUS my team included in the video from one of our recent workshops, where a few of our Members under 30-years old had a discussion around this topic too.

And don't forget to submit your own questions for me or some of our Members to answer at another one of our workshops this weekend.

Best,

~ RJon
