Today is my second day back at work after being away from the office for 30 consecutive days with "Emergency Access Only". I returned home to find my car almost flat on the ground. But our fridge was fully stocked for us, we had fresh linen on the beds and my firm’s marketing kept bringing prospective new members who scheduled calls with members of my team to learn about how we may be able to help them grow their law firm and turn their law "practice" into a sustainable law firm business, instead.

In response to that video I received a few emails asking me about two main things most of all:

They wanted to know more about the dashboard I was talking about in the video and how to create a dashboard that you can use to enjoy real control over your law firm instead of settling for the illusions of control that most lawyers settle for who can’t answer some key questions about what’s really happening in their business; and

People wanted to know more about what I meant when I said, "Emergency Access Only". Actually, a couple of people were "highly skeptical" that what I was describing was even possible. Even though in the video I explained how to make it possible and I explained that many of our Members are able to step away from their law firm for weeks and even as much as a month at a time with Emergency Access Only.

So I’ve got two things for you today to help you build a better business and enjoy the many benefits of having a more successful law firm:
